It's a shame they don't have some directions with any of these 'crafts'. Apparently they don't even answer any of the questions in the comments. Not a well run website!

Totally agree, poorly designed. If 1 doesnt have the time to give the directions or at answer questions, then remove your site. So disappointed!!!
