Crochet Dainty Flower Bookmarks

You'll need:
Finger weight yarn in colors of your choice (I got mine from a thrift store, so I don't have any specifics. Sorry!)
Size D crochet hook
Yarn needle

Abbreviations
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
tr = treble crochet
picot = ch 3, sl st in third ch from hook

Pink flower
Ch 32, sc in second ch from hook. *ch 1, skip 1 stitch, sc in next*. Repeat from * to * to end. Ch 1. Turn
In ch-1 space, *sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc*. Repeat from * to * in each ch-1 space to end. Finish off, leaving enough yarn for sewing (6-8 inches is plenty). Starting at one end, roll the crocheted piece into a flower shape. Sew with remaining yarn.

Blue flower
Ch 32, sc in second ch from hook. *ch 1, skip 1 stitch, sc in next*. Repeat from * to * to end. Ch 1. Turn. In ch-1 space, *sc, dc, picot, dc, sc*. Repeat from * to * in each ch-1 space to end. Finish off, leaving enough yarn for sewing (6-8 inches). Starting at one end, roll the crocheted piece into a flower shape. Sew with remaining yarn.

Yellow flower
Ch 32, sc in second ch from hook. *ch 1, skip 1 stitch, sc in next*. Repeat from * to * to end. Ch 1. Turn.
In ch-1 space, *sl st, 2 tr, sc, 2 tr, sl st*. Repeat from * to * in each ch-1 space to end. Finish off, leaving enough yarn for sewing (6-8 inches). Starting at one end, roll the crocheted piece into a flower shape. Sew with remaining yarn.

Stem
Join yarn to bottom center of flower. Ch 40. Finish off. Weave in ends. (Or if you'd like a thicker stem, ch 1, turn and sc in each ch, then finish off and weave in ends.

Leaves
Ch 8. Sc in 2nd ch from hook. Hdc, hdc dc in next, 3 dc in next, dc hdc in next, hdc, sc. Finish off. Sew to stem with loose ends.
