Supplies Needed

Here's what you need to make this easy Christmas gift for succulent lovers:

  • Christmas ball in any color (in this case, mat golden)
  • Small succulent
  • Soil
  • Small wooden ring
  • Pliers
  • Piece of twine
  • Gift tag

Take the pliers and break a small hole in the Christmas ball as you can see on the photo. Make sure the hole is big enough so you can plant the succulent inside.

Hot glue the wooden ring to the bottom, directly opposite of the hole, to make it stay upright.

When you are happy with the hole start filling the ball with soil.

After that, plant the succulent in the ball.

Tie a piece of twine on the ball together with the gift tag so you can hang the ball. In this way this ornament can be even placed on a surface or hung on the tree.
