The pit is 90 pounds, the German Shepherd is about 120 and the (your guess is good as mine but I think its part St Bernard) was 130 last time we could weigh him but I think he's gotten bigger since then. I could make one for the cat though :)
You could probably find a larger sweater at a second hand store or wait till rummage sales start up at various town churches or organizations.
Check at Thrift Stores in your area for a large or extra large used sweater, or buy one new if you want from your favorite store.
