Supplies Needed

  • Empty Pringles chip cans
  • Round piece of wood or cutting board
  • Glass bowl
  • Burlap lace
  • Artificial flowers
  • White spray paint
  • Scissors
  • Craft knife
  • Hot glue gun
  • Hot glue sticks or hot glue rope

How to Make Pringles Can Storage Containers

Measure and add a line to the can where you want to cut it to size.

Cut the chip can in half (or taller if preferred).

Spray paint the outside of the cans in your desired color, then set aside to dry.

Once the paint has dried, you can set them onto your board if you plan to use one to see how you want them placed.

Wrap the bottom edge with burlap lace and glue it into place.

Repeat with the top edge of the can so you have lace on both edges and the middle open.

Add a strip of glue along the bottom edge of each can and place them onto the cutting board where you want them to remain.

Once they are in place, you will create a small bundle of miniature flowers and glue those in place in the center of each can.

If desired, add a small clear bowl to the board in front of the canisters.

Use this to store pencils, pens, utensils, or even makeup brushes.
